Is the top part of a 3 level traditional residence in the famous area of Anemomylos in Garitsa bay in Corfu Town. It is located on the 1st and 2nd floor with a total of approximately 140 square meters (94 square meters + 42 square meters). It is consisted of 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom in the attic area) 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room area with a fire place and balconies on both sides. The estate also on the ground area has a private parking space. The living room area has a sofa that turns into a double bed that can accommodate 2 persons. For the extra 7th person an additional bed can be added in the master bedroom area. All the bed linens and towels are provided. The same applies for all the kitchen utensils.

Cleaning/maid service is 3 times per week. Washing machine is also available at the estate.
