Initial Deposit

Akis Apartments requires an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount within 20 days after your reservation is made.

This initial deposit can be paid by money transfer to the following bank account:

Or, you may send a cheque payable to “Alexander Michalas” in one of the following currencies: Euros (€) or British Pounds (£).

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance must be paid in Euros on arrival at Akis Apartments. Please note that other currencies will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made at least 21 days before the arrival date, the full deposit is refunded to the client.

If cancellation is made within 21 days before the arrival date, the client must pay the full deposit.

In case of cancellation during the stay, the client should compensate Akis Apartments 50% of the cost of the remaining period of the stay.
